Is an advisor at JENNIS Finance and Country Director for IPA in Rwanda and Uganda. He has served as Executive Director at ARLAC (Zimbabwe), Country Director for Heifer International (Uganda), and Regional Director for both the International Institute of Rural Construction (Kenya) and WorldFish Center (Zambia). He holds a PhD from Leeds Beckett University, an MBA from International Health Science University, and both an MA in Economic Policy & Planning and a BSc in Economics from Makerere University.

Holds Master of Human Resource Management ,University of Regina, Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) University of Zambia.

Restoration International Community Outreach Association (RICOA) exists to holistically offer humanitarian services to the less fortunate and under served communities in Liberia without discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, and religion.
